1. General By accessing and using theplugofvintage.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
2. Products The majority of our products are vintage and second-hand items. We describe the condition of each product carefully. By purchasing, you acknowledge the nature of vintage goods and accept that normal signs of wear are not grounds for return unless misrepresented.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in EUR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.
4. Shipping Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
5. White Glove Delivery White Glove Delivery is a premium personal delivery service subject to separate terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing this service, you agree to those terms in full.
