Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. The following flat rates apply:
- Finland: €29.99
- Europe (EU): €29.99
- United Kingdom: €45.00
- United States: €45.00
- Switzerland: €50.00
- East Asia (JP, KR, HK, SG, TW): €50.00
3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed:
- Finland: 2–5 business days
- Europe (EU): 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- United States: 10–21 business days
- Switzerland: 7–14 business days
- East Asia: 10–21 business days
4. White Glove Delivery White Glove Delivery is a premium personal delivery service available upon request. Delivery time and logistics are agreed upon individually with the customer. This service is subject to separate terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ThePlugOfVintage has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges.
6. Shipment Insurance Shipments are not automatically insured. Insurance is available upon request at an additional cost.
7. Uncollected Shipments If a shipment is returned to us due to the customer's failure to collect it, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
8. Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at theplugofvintage@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. ThePlugOfVintage is not liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
10. Incorrect Address ThePlugOfVintage is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
11. Force Majeure We are not liable for shipping delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or war.
