Peach, fluid, and unmistakably early 90s. This viscose blouse by Ragazzi — one of Vaatehuone’s own youth-oriented labels — is the kind of retro piece that carries an entire era in its fabric. Light, warm-toned, and designed for the Finnish summer season when Vaatehuone’s viscose blouses were some of the most sought-after pieces on the high street.

Vaatehuone was one of Finland’s most beloved clothing retail chains of the 1980s and 1990s, remembered fondly for its legendary slogan “Mitäs meillä oli… no vaatteitahan meillä oli!” (What did we have… well, clothes is what we had!) Ragazzi was their in-house brand for younger customers — and these lightweight viscose pieces, produced in India, were the chain’s summer season bestsellers at the turn of the decade.

A note on condition: the print has begun to lift in places — visible in the last photo. Priced accordingly. The silhouette, colour, and fabric are otherwise excellent.
